Evolution of a consensus from PHYSORG →
Absolutely fascinating article outlining the formation of consensus from scientific perspective. The scientists are members of the Social Cognitive Networks Academic Research Center (SCNARC); and yes there is irony there if you pronounce a soft ‘c’.
From the article:
As an example, the ongoing events in Tunisia and Egypt appear to exhibit a similar process, according to Szymanski. “In those countries, dictators who were in power for decades were suddenly overthrown in just a few weeks.”
The findings were published in the July 22, 2011, early online edition of the journal Physical Review E in an article titled “Social consensus through the influence of committed minorities.”

Following up on an earlier post: MYNorthwest.com and 97.3 KIRO FM reporter Brandi Kruse dug a little deeper into Jennifer Fox’s background. Kruse found a disturbing police report involving suspicion of trying to lure children away from their mother three months ago.
Fox is the Occupier who was pepper sprayed and subsequently claimed she had a miscarriage due to the actions of the Seattle Police department. Link in the title.
